List of Links to Downloadable Area-specific Data for COVID-19 Statistics in Japan.
Many local health authorities, including prefectural health departments, make public their area-specific data of COVID-19 cases in downloadable formats, such as CSV and HTML tables. Data include items (variables) such as sex, age, date of disease onset, notification date, and disease outcome. However, item names are usually in Japanese. Neither the data content nor the data format is standardized. The list presented here shows links (URLs) to area-specific data for COVID-19 Statistics in Japan, and describes item names of each dataset in English. Please note that the presented links, which indicate the external URLs from our Web-site, can be outdated.
